Let your kids unleash their creativity in this idyllic carriage house art studio.

Summer ‘24 Camp

Calling all art lovers! Come discover the magic of the Art Barn this summer.

Each week, under the guidance of Christine, or another lead instructor, and three camp counselors, campers will be led through various art methods, focusing on different creative practices/techniques during each week-long session. Campers will learn about different artists and learn a bit about the various parts of the world in which these methods originated, gathering inspiration for their own designs. At the end of each session, students will display their work at our eagerly anticipated open studio and will bring home all of the items that they proudly created themselves.

Movement fosters creativity. At the Art Barn, we make time to get up and move our bodies. Many of our art activities require us to be outdoors and active. Campers are also given two to three movement breaks per day where they are able to explore the playground, play organized backyard games and run around the large yard. If for any reason a camper wishes, or needs, to have a less active break, they are welcome to create at our freestyle sensory and crafting table.

The Art Barn is located in the Lower Wyoming section of South Orange. Address will be shared upon registration.
