Hayloft Makers is an open-studio style class for kids who love to create, tinker, and experiment. Using the Art Barn’s hayloft and studio spaces, students create self-directed projects with cardboard, yarn, wood scraps, paper, clay, found materials, and a wide range of building supplies, including access to our cardboard cutter with guidance.
While children have the freedom to follow their own ideas, each class includes light prompts, skill demos, and check-ins to provide structure and support. The focus is on problem-solving, creative thinking, and confidence - helping kids take their ideas further while enjoying the space to work independently and at whatever scale they choose.
All materials are included.
